How we collect personal data

For what purpose do we process personal data?
Trabitat, as Data Controller, will process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
Purpose 1: Management of the requested service
Purpose: To manage the service requested by the User and offered by Trabitat, including but not limited to account creation and management, requested technical support, provision of the requested service, organization of webinars, training sessions, or events in which the User registers and/or participates, among others.
Data processed: Identification and contact data (name, surname, email address, and phone number). In the case of paid services, billing and payment data necessary to manage collection. If assistance is provided by telephone, voice data may also be processed.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the User.
Purpose 2: Customer support
Purpose: Handling requests, complaints, suggestions, or claims related to the provision of Trabitat’s services.
Data processed: Identification and contact data; other categories of data necessary to process your request. If assistance is provided by telephone, voice data may also be processed.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the proper execution of the established contractual relationship.
Purpose 3: Compliance with legal obligations
Purpose: To comply with legal obligations applicable to Trabitat in relation to the services offered to the User (e.g., tax obligations, fraud prevention).
Data processed: Identification and contact data, data related to the services provided, or any other similar data derived from the relationship with Trabitat.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Purpose 4: Advertising and promotion activities
Purpose: To send commercial communications, newsletters, and offers related to Trabitat’s services, including platform features, improvements, new digital solutions, complementary services, as well as invitations to webinars, training sessions, online events, or specialized content linked to the services initially contracted or of similar interest to the User.
Data processed: Identification and contact data provided by the User.
Legal basis: Trabitat’s legitimate interest in sending you commercial communications about services and solutions similar to those contracted. If there is no prior contractual relationship, the legal basis will be your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Purpose 5: Implementation of cookies

Data processed: Identification and contact data (IP address of the device used for connection) collected through information retrieval systems (Cookies).
Legal basis: Processing is based on the consent given by the User according to the options selected in the configuration tool.
Purpose 6: Participation in recruitment processes
Purpose: We may process your personal data when you apply for a job vacancy at Trabitat.
Data processed: Identification and contact data; academic background; professional experience; any other information included in your CV or provided during the process.
Legal basis: Your request for pre-contractual measures during the recruitment process. If, once the process has ended, we need to retain your CV for future vacancies, the legal basis will be your consent.
Under no circumstances will Personal Data be used to train, improve, or feed the algorithm of any artificial intelligence tool. This processing is expressly excluded, thereby guaranteeing the confidentiality and privacy of your data.
Retention periods for your personal data
Personal data will be retained based on the following criteria: (i) duration of the legal relationship and fulfillment of any liabilities arising from that relationship; (ii) legal retention obligations; and (iii) request for deletion by the data subject where applicable. Disclosure and recipients of personal data
In line with the purposes described above, personal data may be disclosed to:
